By accessing or using TrackSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Service Description

TrackSpot is an AI-powered music generation platform that creates original music inspired by your Spotify playlists and preferences. The service includes:

  • •Playlist analysis from connected Spotify accounts
  • •Track storage and management
  • •Public and private track sharing capabilities

User Accounts

To use TrackSpot, you must connect a valid Spotify account. You are responsible for:

  • •All activities that occur under your account
  • •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Music

You retain ownership of the AI-generated tracks you create through TrackSpot. Premium subscribers receive commercial usage rights for their generated tracks. Free and Pro users may use tracks for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Platform Content

TrackSpot, its logo, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of TrackSpot. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • •Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • •Attempt to circumvent usage limits or quotas
  • •Share account credentials with others
  • •Generate content that infringes on third-party rights
  • •Use automated systems to access the service excessively
  • •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • •Generate offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds after this period are at our discretion.

Usage quotas reset monthly on your billing date. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TrackSpot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The quality of AI-generated music may vary and is not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

Limitation of Liability

TrackSpot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrackSpot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
